Sacred Tide is a dream coming to fruition. I am a fierce momma of a tribe of wild, island kids. I am a fifth generation island kid myself. We are blessed to know this life by the sea.

The kids and I work hard to grow our little farm, and expand our offerings. Sacred Tide is a multifaceted business. This year we have focused on expanding our flock of birds, as well our garden. Qualifications

Kelly Merrill – owner, RYT 500 with additional Yin, Restorative, Meditation & Pranayama Training, doTerra Wellness Advocate, Certified  AromaDance Facilitator, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Ongoing Herbal Studies and Certifications, BA in Psychology. I have studied and completed trainings with Travis Eliot, Lauren Eckstrom, Alex Amorosi, Suzanne Imbruno Cobb, Ray Reitze, Lauren Pignatello, Lisa Powers, Tamara Gerlach, and I am currently working through a home study course with Rosemary Gladstar. I have also attended a full Maine Herbal series with some incredible herbalists (Mary Bove, 7 Song, Maria Noel Groves & more). I am honored to have all of these incredible teachers on my path.

Oh, and in my free time……during the warmer months, I carry on my heritage and haul lobster traps with my kids. A lifestyle that includes Yoga is what keeps me going.
