Classes
I currently offer two weekly, all-levels Yoga classes. These are held at the Bailey Island Church, in the basement, on Mondays at 9AM. Space is limited, I recommend that you text or email in advance to ensure there is room for you.
Please reach out to arrange your Private Session. I can accommodate no more than two students at a time in my home.
You may also join my private facebook group, Sacred Tide - Yoga, where I intend to begin posting Yoga videos. The fee will be a donation basis.

The benefits of massage therapy are seemingly endless. In my practice, I have the ultimate goal of calming your nervous system, as 90% of dis-ease stems from a frazzled sense of well-being. My approach to massage sessions is intuitive. I listen deeply and allow your needs to guide me. Your time on my table may include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Hot Stones (must request in advance), Passive and/or Active Stretching. I often incorporate Essential Oils, and tailor the blend to your specific needs. I will likely recommend Yoga poses for you to work with post-massage.

Massage Therapy
Wellness Consultations
A session to provide Herbal/Nutritional/Essential Oil education, as well as recommendations based on your needs. I will spend our time together getting to know you better and gain a better understanding of your individual story. No two humans will come to me, for the same ailment, and receive identical treatments. Much of what I do is based on intuition.
$80/one hour consult
Aroma Dance
A free form journey of dance focused on anointing the Chakras with specific Essential Oils. I can accommodate 3-4 dancers here in my home, or I can be flexible and travel to a space that you know of. This is a deeper, more healing journey than you may think. Movement, music, healing oils all together can shift parts that may have been blocked for some time.
$25 per dancer
AromaTouch
Technique
A light touch sequence of oil applications to promote immune support, homeostasis, relaxation and encourage release of any inflammation. This can be a full body session, or can simply be a hands only treatment.
$75/ full body session & $30/hands-only session
Private
Yoga Sessions
An individualized yoga session tailored to your needs. In our time together I will get to know more about your individual story. Our practice will be based mostly on my intuitive read for your needs.
$75 for a one hour session.
I am willing to open this to two students for $55 each for the hour.
Reiki
Reiki works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels.
These sessions will provide a warm, safe space, here in my home. There will be a massage table, healing sounds, stones, perhaps a singing bowl, Essential Oils, and likely small batch herbal tea blend crafted by me.

Massage, AromaTouch Technique, Reiki, and Private Yoga are offered primarily in my home. I do have limited office availability.
AromaDance will occasionally happen at my home, but I am open to holding a dance in your space also.
